It Should be known that during the 2020 conference on sustainable Investment and Transperancy, The Management board Agreed that the financial department should help create a policy that will guide Reinvestment in the company, as it was observed that many don't add value to the company other than just depositing just the first capital and reinvest it from January to December and expect to get paid in such heavy amount , and as a reliable and sustainable Investment company after this was pointed out as one of the major reason why majority of new Investment managers or Companies have been shutting down and closing down and this is just a fact that can't be neglected and as a result of this the company came up with a policy that will better help us grow and also for the company to maintain it's interest in SUSTAINABILITY and Transperancy in offering her services.

THE FOLLOW CAN BE SAID TO BE THE POLICY.

(a). IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECOND INVESTMENT CIRCLE HAS BEEN COMPLETED , A NEW FUNDS IS MEANT TO BE ADDED TO HELP ITS TO CONTINUE TO WORK EFFECTIVELY.

(b). IT SHOULD BE ALSO BE NOTED THAT REINVESTMENT OF PROFIT GENERATED DURING THE COURSE OF THE ACTIVE INVESTMENT STILL ON ,IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE REINVESTED ,AS YOU MUST WAIT FOR IT TO COMPLETE ITS INVESTMENT CIRCLE FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO REINVEST.

(c). IT SHOULD BE NOTED WITH ALL FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY , THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT WILL BE FORCED TO MAP OUT THE FUNDS TO BE PAID.

(d). FOR INVESTORS WITHIN THE SECOND INVESTMENT PLAN HAS THE FREEDOM YO REINVESTMENT FOR 3 TIMES AND ON END OF THIRD CIRCLE,A NEW FUNDS IS EXPECTED TO BE ADDED, WHILE ON THE FIRST IS ONLY 2 TIMES .
